Santa Visits throughout the Season:
Santa’s at White Oaks all season long! Drop-ins are always welcome, but bookings are highly recommended to skip the line.
Visit him Monday to Saturday from 11am-8pm (with breaks at 2pm and 5pm) and Sundays from 1pm-5pm.
Christmas Eve he is available from 11am to 3pm.
Plus, on Fridays through Sundays, Santa knows sign language to make every visit magical and inclusive!"

Santa Photo Prices:
$25 for one 5x7 print, or two 3.5x5 prints or 4 wallet size prints.
$35 for 2 of the above print options.
$40 for 3 of the above print options.
Digital Options:
3 photos for $25, or 3 digitals and a print for $35

Quiet Hours are available for our friends who may need a bit of extra time to enjoy the magical experience. Please give us a call at 519-681-0434 (Option 1 -Guest Services) to book. These time slots are available on December 1st and 8th, outside of regular Santa hours so your children have a quiet, safe and calm experience while meeting Santa!

Santa is arriving at the mall on November 15th at 11am!
He is bringing along his friend Chip, the Elf on the Shelf for visits that day as well -stop by and say hello 🙂
Bookings are not required but highly suggested, walk-ins are always welcome.

White Oaks Mall gift cards are accepted and can be purchased with cash at Guest Services ahead of your visit.
